The project – executed from August to October 2022 – enables seamless hybrid work, wireless collaboration, and centralised room management across the Mumbai office.
Electrolux sought to deliver 4K video quality, one‑touch join for Microsoft Teams Rooms, wireless presentation from any device, integrated room scheduling, simplified control, and a sleek modern aesthetic. The scope covered seven distinct spaces: Main Conference Room, Waiting Discussion Room, MD Cabin, 3‑Seater Meeting Room, Phone Booth No.1, Phone Booth No.2, and an open Discussion Area – including full equipment supply, cabling, installation, programming, commissioning, and integration with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Exchange Online calendars, and Crestron XiO Cloud®.
Pratyam Technologies designed and deployed a room‑specific yet centrally managed AV infrastructure. The project followed a structured four‑phase approach: Site Survey & Engineering, Infrastructure Deployment, Equipment Installation, and Programming & Commissioning.
Key highlights include India's first deployment of Crestron Flex with dual 65" Sony 4K professional displays in a corporate boardroom, 220 metres of Panduit CAT6A cabling supporting 10GbE and 4K60 4:4:4 video, and zero‑touch provisioning via Crestron XiO Cloud.
