Pratyam Technologies executed a technology upgrade for ONGC Green Heights' 8th‑floor conference room, delivering a high‑end Samsung Active LED Videowall and five complete portable Public Address (PA) systems. The project enhances presentation quality, collaboration, and audio clarity during meetings and events – with full serialised documentation for asset tracking.

The Challenge

The existing conference room lacked a unified, high‑visibility display and a flexible audio solution. The client required a seamless, large‑format display for crisp visuals and data presentation, a portable audio system that could be moved between meeting spaces, reliable globally recognised brands with proven performance, and clear documentation of delivered equipment including serial numbers for asset tracking.

Solution Overview

The project delivered two main components: a fixed Active LED Videowall (2 LED cabinets forming a high-resolution bezel-free display) and five complete portable PA systems (each including an all-in-one portable PA unit, wired and wireless microphones, trolley bag, and speaker stand). All major components were delivered with individual serial numbers, ensuring full traceability for warranty and maintenance.
