The project faced several procurement and coordination risks: missing or unclear model details, brand spelling errors (e.g., "Auadc" vs Audac) threatening warranty accuracy, duplicate entries increasing chances of double ordering, and fully de-scoped areas still appearing in the system. Additionally, a reported margin variance of ₹1.2 Lakh required careful reconciliation.
